SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my products be dispatched?
As each item is custom made on demand, our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, the packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. Most of the parcels ship plastic-free.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email lazyrave@gmail.com with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Uk orders are free over £60.
Standard UK shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)
Royal Mail 48 generally arrives within 2 working days but can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world.
Due to the limited volume of overseas orders we currently only offer courier services to ship overseas at fixed rates. If demand for this grows we will look into cheaper alternatives.
Europe £20 per order
Rest of the world £36 per order
We are in no way liable for any import taxes or duties incurred when shipping.

Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
If your parcel is shipped using a tracked service, your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.
